I was floored by how good the customer service is here. The team at this parts store has been in great spirits each time I ve gone in. And they are incredibly helpful.
I went here because I had just tried to order a rather expensive part from Napa a day before picking it up (I told them I d be in the next day), but they never ordered it–then they even gave me a bunch of attitude when I asked them why they didn t order it. they went so far as I don t know who you spoke with. We probably sold the part.
That would have left me without a car for a week, but luckily I found Autoparts International. They chatted with me a little about my repair, answered a couple questions I had. Actually, by chance the part I got, a Ranger camshaft synch, didn t quite fit, but after checking in with the manager they apologized for that and quickly refunded my money. That s happened to me once in a while with aftermarket parts. Whatever. Now I m a camshaft synch pro. I ll definitely go back next time I need parts–which will likely be pads and rotors. and hopefully not my blower motor which is acting up.
So in short, great team, great prices (no Autozone Core charges in my experience), they actually care about getting you the part you need on time (unlike Napa), and prompt delivery. They don t try to sell you extra parts. And, solid Saturday hours–they re open till 3.
