I don t know why all the bad reviews, but I ve had nothing but good luck with them. Granted, we are all human and things don t always go according to plan, but that is to be expected. Those who write expecting perfection all the time will always be dis-satisfied. That being said, I ve dealt with these guys for over 8 years now and just about every problem I ve had has been fixed. I ve always gotten a prepared quote, never above estimate, and they ve always sent out the technician I ve asked for (James). He s great to work with, and knows these systems inside and out. I would most definitely recommend these guys, they do quality work.

Overcharge for no work done, simply assessed our A/C unit and is trying to charge us nearly $600 for 3 hours of work (they were here for AT MOST 45 minutes). We have been in contact with their office refuting the bill and we can t help but believe they are unethical in their practices. We have no intention of ever using this company again.

The owner and business is very rude and they do not take care of their customers well. We had a AC system installed in our building by GSDAC and they did a horrible job and have not been helpful after the install. The owner is very rude and does not care about his customers or his reputation. He will not provide quality customer service or warranty their work. Do not trust this company, they will over charge you. We had to find another AC company to help us with our AC service. They have a bunch of bad reviews for a reason.

Worst service from start to finish. Multiple problems from scheduling to damage and clueless work. I lined up the job with one person. I waited to get a call to schedule the work. Several days later they contacted me to see if I still wanted it done. In the meantime many hot days had passed and I thought I was waiting for the parts. They had not even started ordering the parts for my job. I will never use them again. Did not replace insulation layer in my drop ceiling, just left it piled up in some areas. Good thing I checked it. Most people would not even know that the insulation was not put back and then be left with an inefficient system. Left ceiling tiles damaged and out of place. Did not provide temporary coolers as arranged and vented the hot air back into my office when they finally brought the temporary coolers. My new air conditioner had a leak when they first installed it. I had ductwork come loose. On inspection the tech let me know but was not going to simply put it back on. He wanted to write up a work order for later when it was simple to put back on.

I had called on 11/5/13 to get a commercial air conditioning unit fixed the technician came out and said it was a faulty wire we paid 275.00 for the repair. We did not run the air on the 6th when we turned on the air on the 7th it was not working so we called them back today 11/7/13 to re-fix it now there telling me they want another 575.00 to fix the thermostat that they did not even mention was bad 2 days ago. If there not standing behind a repair done 2 days ago why would I pay them more
