New Car Replacement Features
You had your eyes on getting that new car for months, and now that you finally bought it, you’re doing everything in your power to keep it pristine. Washing, waxing and cautious driving are a few steps you can take to keep everything in working order. However, accidents happen, and if your new car gets totaled, you may be worried that you won’t be reimbursed enough to cover getting another new one.
How do you know if your car is totaled? After you’ve followed all the proper steps to notify your agent of the accident, an Allstate representative will have to inspect your vehicle for the type and extent of damage. We may recommend taking your vehicle to one of our Allstate Drive-In Centers, we can schedule a claim adjuster to go to the location of your vehicle or upon your request we can provide the names of local repair shops who participate in our Direct Repair Program called Allstate Good Hands ® Repair Network. Talk to your Allstate agent to find a Good Hands ® repair shop in your area.
