  • Two years of related experience in outside sales (automotive industry a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization and leadership skills
  • Ability to create and execute customer development plans
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and take appropriate action
  • Ability to operate our POS system
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and problem solve
  • Honesty, dedication, commitment, passion, drive and the desire for success
  • Regional travel required

Parts Delivery

Qualifications

  • Valid driver s license with acceptable driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment

Retail Merchandising

Qualifications

  • Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
  • Excellent customer service skills and good organizational skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a good driving record and valid driver s license.

Store Counter Sales

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Motivated to train and learn
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus
  • ASE certification preferred

Store Management

Qualifications

  • Automotive retail management experience
  • Experience developing and leading a team
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
  • Must be available to work as scheduled
  • ASE certification preferred
